- 1 box brownie mix (or homemade equivalent)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Optional toppings: sprinkles, crushed nuts, coconut flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix brownie mix, eggs, and oil until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until set but fudgy; let cool completely.
- Crumble cooled brownies in a bowl and blend with softened cream cheese until combined.
- Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place on parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips and dip each truffle; add toppings while still wet and let set at room temperature.
