Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over each half of the sliced bread.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
