- 1 large baguette or Italian bread (about 12 inches)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup whole milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter and minced garlic until well combined.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture generously on both halves.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered bread, followed by a generous layer of shredded mozzarella.
- Place the prepared bread on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
