- 1 baguette (or Italian bread)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and minced garlic together until fragrant (about 3-5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and mix in the chopped parsley, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until combined.
- Generously spread the mixture on each half of the bread.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
