  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds. Sprinkle in dried Italian herbs.
  3. Add seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and sear until golden brown on both sides (approximately 5 minutes per side).
  4. Pour crushed tomatoes over the chicken and stir gently to combine.
  5. Scatter fresh mozzarella chunks and basil leaves on top of the chicken.
  6. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese and sprinkle evenly over the dish.
