Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to ½ inch thickness.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper; add marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on each breast before folding.
  4. Dip stuffed chicken in olive oil, then coat with Italian breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange in a greased baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. After cooking (internal temp of 165°F), top with remaining marinara and sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
