- 3–4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- Marinara Sauce
- Italian Breadcrumbs
- Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to ½ inch thickness.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper; add marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on each breast before folding.
- Dip stuffed chicken in olive oil, then coat with Italian breadcrumbs.
- Arrange in a greased baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- After cooking (internal temp of 165°F), top with remaining marinara and sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
