Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease four ramekins.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until light and fluffy.
- Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, then sift in flour gently.
- Add pitted cherries and mix until just combined.
- Divide the batter among the ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm but centers remain soft.
