Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken breasts into even strips for uniform cooking.
- 2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour mixed with salt and pepper, another for beaten eggs, and a third for panko breadcrumbs combined with garlic powder and smoked paprika.
- 3. Coat each chicken strip in flour, dip in egg, then roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- 4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- 5. Fry chicken strips in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- 6. Drain on paper towels before serving hot.
