- 1 loaf crusty bread (such as rustic or sourdough)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Slice the crusty bread diagonally without cutting all the way through.
- Generously spread the garlic butter mixture between each slice of bread.
- Stuff shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese into each slice.
- Place the loaded bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley and serve warm.
