  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Cook pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot, add pasta, and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve some pasta water before draining.

  4. Add garlic & cream: Lower heat, add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and scrape any browned bits from the pan.
  5. Combine: Stir in cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese until well-coated; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Garnish & serve: Sprinkle parsley on top before serving warm.
