  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Set up a breading station: one bowl with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, another with beaten eggs, and the third with grated Parmesan.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into flour, then egg, and finally coat generously in Parmesan.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
