Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Let store-bought dough sit at room temperature for 30 minutes; stretch or roll into desired shape on a floured surface.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet dusted with cornmeal.
- Brush the crust lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Layer mozzarella, cheddar, blue cheese, and parmesan evenly over the crust.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Optional: Add fresh basil leaves after baking for added flavor.
