- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (light)
- 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in granulated and brown sugars until combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Sift in flour and cocoa powder along with a pinch of salt; stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Pour batter into the prepared pie dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is soft but not jiggly.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
