- 2 slices Halal bread
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter (or olive oil)
- 1/4 cup crushed chips or breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice, butter-side down, on the skillet. Layer with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle crushed chips or breadcrumbs on top of the cheese, then add the second slice, butter-side up.
- Grill for 3-5 minutes until golden brown; flip carefully and grill the other side until crispy.
- Remove from heat, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
