  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • 14 oz canned diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
