Instructions
- Mince the garlic and chop the green onions.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat; add cooking oil until shimmering.
- Add shrimp in a single layer; cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Quickly add minced garlic, then pour in the honey and soy sauce mixture, stirring to coat.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and sprinkle with green onions before serving.
