Ingredients
- 2–3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup hot honey sauce (honey mixed with hot sauce)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Gradually stir in milk until just combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, roll out to 1/2 inch thick, cut into rounds, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle with hot honey sauce before serving.
