- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, green onion, garlic, ginger, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, honey, ketchup, salt, pepper, and Sriracha. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into uniform meatballs (about 1-2 tablespoons each) and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayonnaise with Sriracha and lime juice in a small bowl. Adjust spice level as desired.
- Serve hot with the spicy mayo dip.
