Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, green onion, garlic, ginger, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, honey, ketchup, salt, pepper, and Sriracha. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into uniform meatballs (about 1-2 tablespoons each) and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing mayonnaise with Sriracha and lime juice in a small bowl. Adjust spice level as desired.
