Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add marinated chicken to the skillet in a single layer; cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Pour any leftover marinade into the pan; let it simmer for another minute until thickened.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
