- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth (2-3 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gently fold in heavy cream and vanilla until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown on top but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool for 30 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
