Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract; mix well.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture without overmixing.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and crushed Oreos until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden around the edges; let cool on wire racks.
