- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 8 slider buns
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (or BBQ sauce)
Instructions
- Chop the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken until well-coated; marinate while prepping other ingredients.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through (8-10 minutes).
- Lightly toast slider buns and spread mayonnaise on both sides.
- Assemble sliders by placing cooked chicken on buns and topping with lettuce, tomato, and Sriracha sauce.
- Serve on a platter with toothpicks for easy grabbing.
