- 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated croissant dough
- 1 cup whole-milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 12 slices thick-cut pepperoni
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over each triangle.
- Place a slice of pepperoni and a generous handful of mozzarella at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the triangles from the wider end to the tip, tucking in sides to keep filling secure.
- Whisk egg with a splash of water; brush over each roll for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
