Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté finely chopped onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in arborio rice, coating it with oil and toasting slightly for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Gradually add one cup of heated halal broth while stirring continuously until absorbed. Repeat this process until rice is al dente, about 20-25 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in grated parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Let sit briefly before serving.
