Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
- Mix in peanut butter until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract; beat until fully combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons onto lined baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
