- 2 tablespoons sweetener (sugar or maple syrup)
Instructions
- Brew 1 cup of strong coffee or espresso.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine milk and pumpkin puree. Heat until warm but not boiling.
- Stir in pumpkin pie spice and sweetener, simmering gently for a few minutes.
- Blend the mixture until frothy using an immersion blender.
- Pour brewed coffee into your favorite mug, then add the frothed milk mixture on top.
- Top with whipped cream if desired and sprinkle extra pumpkin pie spice.
