- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with non-stick spray or olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Top with chopped herbs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
