Instructions

- In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, and eggs until frothy.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
- Fold in cheese and herbs without overmixing.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups until two-thirds full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown; a toothpick should come out clean.
- Allow cooling for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
