- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the Steak: Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
- 2. Roast the Corn: In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add corn kernels and sauté for 8-10 minutes until caramelized.
- 3. Make the Cilantro Cream Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend well.
- 4. Assemble the Bowl: In each serving bowl, layer roasted corn, sliced steak, and avocado. Drizzle generously with cilantro cream sauce.
