- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until smoking.
- Cut the sirloin into 1-inch cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Add oil to the skillet and sear the steak bites in batches for 2-3 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Lower the heat, add butter and garlic, stirring gently until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Toss in parsley to coat the steak bites in the garlic butter sauce.
- Serve immediately on a warm plate.
