- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in cocoa powder, flour, salt, baking powder, and eggs until fully combined.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish. Spread the cheesecake mixture over it evenly, then dollop the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl together gently.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool completely before slicing.
- Top each square with sliced fresh strawberries just before serving.
