Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries and cream cheese until evenly mixed.
- Scoop rounded balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden; centers should remain soft. Let cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
