  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  6. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Scoop dough onto baking sheets, pressing a dollop of cream cheese filling into each mound before covering with more dough.
