Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and seasoning blend during the last minute of cooking to enhance aroma.
- Pour in chicken broth and stir, scraping any brown bits from the pan. Allow it to simmer gently.
- Cover each chicken breast with shredded jack cheese and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
