Ingredients

  • 2 slices ciabatta bread (approx. 100g)
  • 4 oz deli-style turkey
  • 2 oz sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp mustard (yellow or honey)
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your panini press or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Spread mustard on one side of each slice of ciabatta.
  3. Layer turkey slices evenly on one slice, followed by cheddar cheese and spinach.
  4. Top with the second slice of ciabatta, mustard side down.
  5. Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil.
  6. Grill the panini for about 4-5 minutes until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  7. Let it cool for a minute before slicing in half. Serve warm.
