- 2 slices ciabatta bread (approx. 100g)
- 4 oz deli-style turkey
- 2 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp mustard (yellow or honey)
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your panini press or grill pan over medium heat.
- Spread mustard on one side of each slice of ciabatta.
- Layer turkey slices evenly on one slice, followed by cheddar cheese and spinach.
- Top with the second slice of ciabatta, mustard side down.
- Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil.
- Grill the panini for about 4-5 minutes until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Let it cool for a minute before slicing in half. Serve warm.
