Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients alternating with milk until just combined.
  5. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. For frosting, beat softened butter until creamy; gradually add powdered sugar and heavy cream until fluffy.
