  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • For Dipping Sauce: 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili paste (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing crumbled tofu, kimchi, garlic, ginger, and green onions in a large bowl.
  2. Add soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well to combine.
  3. Assemble dumplings by placing a tablespoon of filling onto each wrapper, wetting the edges, folding over, and sealing tightly.
  4. Steam the dumplings in a steamer basket for about 10-12 minutes until translucent.
  5. While steaming, whisk together rice vinegar and chili paste for the dipping sauce.
  6. Serve warm with the prepared dipping sauce.
