  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Fresh cilantro (optional), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place in the slow cooker.
  2. Add diced onion, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, green chiles, and white beans. Stir to combine.
  3. Pour in enough chicken broth to cover all ingredients.
