- All-Purpose Flour
- Unsalted Butter
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Cream Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Garlic Powder
- Eggs
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix flour and melted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
- 3. In another bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese; mix well.
- 4. Spread the cheesy filling over the crust and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- 5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are golden brown and center is slightly jiggly.
- 6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
