Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground lamb with onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into oval patties.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill koftas for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Serve hot with Greek yogurt on the side.
