Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until combined.
- In another bowl, cream the melted butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then gradually add milk until you have a smooth batter.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined—do not overmix!
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
