Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Boil salted water and cook fettuccine or linguine until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Add white wine: Pour in the white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes, scraping the skillet for flavor.
- Create the sauce: Lower the heat, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Incorporate spinach: Add fresh spinach to the sauce until wilted.
- Combine pasta: Toss cooked pasta into the creamy sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
