Instructions
- Sauté diced onions and carrots in olive oil over medium heat until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Add seasoned chicken thighs; cook until golden brown (7–8 minutes). Remove from pot.
- Stir minced garlic into the remaining oil until fragrant (30 seconds), then add uncooked gnocchi and dried thyme; mix well.
- Pour in chicken broth while stirring; add softened cream cheese, mixing until creamy.
- Return chicken and frozen peas to the pot; simmer gently for 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cover the mixture with puff pastry, cutting slits for steam. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
