Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until frothy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Gently fold in the diced bell peppers and green onions.
- Pour the egg mixture onto the baking sheet and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing into squares for sandwiches.
