Instructions

- Place lamb chops in a sealable bag or dish; pour marinade over them and ensure they are well-coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness.
- Allow the chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
