Instructions
- Slice beef sirloin thinly against the grain. Chop bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and grate ginger.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to prevent sticking.
- Cook sliced beef until browned on all sides (about 3-4 minutes). Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if necessary.
- Add bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots to the skillet; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until bright but crisp.
- Drizzle the marinade over the beef and vegetables. Toss well and let simmer for 1 minute.
- Serve over rice or noodles and enjoy!
