Ingredients
- 4 cups filtered water
- 4–6 tea bags (black or herbal)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (optional)
- Fresh lemon slices
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a pot until boiling.
- 2. Remove from heat and steep the tea bags for 5 minutes.
- 3. If desired, stir in sugar while the tea is warm.
- 4. Allow the tea to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least one hour.
- 5. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
