Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and chopped mint leaves until well combined.
- Pour the lime mint dressing over the watermelon cubes and gently toss to coat.
- If desired, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top for added creaminess.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavor.
