- 2 ripe peaches, chopped
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Wash and chop the peaches and banana.
- Add the chopped fruit, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and almond milk to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
