Ingredients
- 4 cups sparkling water or lemonade
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, oranges, kiwis)
- 1 cup fruit juice (orange or pineapple)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and cut the fresh fruits into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large pitcher, combine the fruit juice with half of the sparkling water or lemonade.
- Gently add the prepared fruits to float on top of the mixture.
- Pour in the remaining sparkling water or lemonade slowly to maintain fizziness.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately over ice.
